Production Process

Seamless production is a modern technology that has revolutionized the textile industry. Unlike traditional sewn manufacturing, products are knitted almost seamlessly on specialized Santoni machines. The fabric is produced in a tubular form, eliminating the need for post-production sewing.

The biggest advantage of this method lies in comfort, flexibility, and aesthetics. Thanks to the seamless structure, irritation, chafing, or pressure points are a thing of the past. At the same time, less fabric is cut, resulting in reduced waste and greater sustainability.

Seamless is also a fast and efficient process. A single machine can create multiple patterns and different compression zones simultaneously—a significant benefit, especially in sportswear such as leggings, sports bras, and shirts.
